전자상거래는 비대면 거래로 「전자상거래법 제 17조 제1항」에 의거해 소비자의 단순변심으로도 7일 이내 청약철회가 가능합니다. 하지만 청약철회 가능 기간을 축소하거나 7일 이내 업체로 제품 도착, 일부 상품(세일상품, 화이트색상, 액세서리 등) 청약철회 제한, 무조건적인 청약철회 거부는 전자상거래법 위반으로 관련법 기준에 맞게 수정하여야 합니다.
