문화체육관광부가 주최하고 지역문화진흥원과 봄날의책방이 주관한 2021 문화가 있는 날 동네책방문화사랑방 지원사업을 통해 '우리 마을이 학교다! <봉수골 학당>을 진행하였습니다.세 번째로 열린 클래스는 <동네건축가와 함께하는 생태 건축 공부>입니다. 통영, 특히 봄날의책방이 자리한 봉수골은 은퇴 뒤 새 삶을 시작할 마을을 찾는 사람들이 많이 방문하는데요. 은퇴 후 귀촌을 위해 통영에 정착한 사람들, 또는 현 주민들 중 ‘내 집은 내가 짓겠다’는 계획을 가진 이들에게 공간과 건축에 대한 상식을 넓히고 자신만의 공간을 디자인해보는 ‘내 집 짓기’ 건축 수업을 진행하였습니다. 또한 오래된 주택을 고쳐 만든 남해의봄날 사옥과 봄날의책방, 그리고 동네 이야기를 함께 나누며 내 집 짓는 법의 노하우만이 아니라 마을을 생각한 동네건축, 어우러져 살아가는 삶을 이야기하는 시간을 가졌습니다.
