문화체육관광부가 주최하고 지역문화진흥원과 봄날의책방이 주관한 2021 문화가 있는 날 동네책방문화사랑방 지원사업을 통해 '우리 마을이 학교다! <봉수골 학당>을 진행하였습니다. 두 번째로 열린 클래스는 <치앙마이래빗의 태국 요리 여행> 저자와 함께하는 태국 요리 만들기로, 치앙마이래빗 작가와 함께 태국식 볶음밥, 치킨바베큐 ‘까이양’ , 그린파파야무침 ' 쏨땀', 태국식 매콤새우 쌀국수 ‘똠냥쌀국수’ 등 태국 어느 곳에서나 쉽게 먹을 수 있고 한국에서도 손쉽게 재료를 구할 수 있는 태국 요리를 만들어보았는데요. 흥미로운 현지 문화에 대한 이야기와 함께 음식에 대한 맛 평가와 작가님의 세심한 피드백으로 알차게 진행된 지난 수업의 생생한 현장 스케치를 공유합니다!
